Request Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your GiveBlack account and associated data at any time — directly from within the app.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps inside the GiveBlack app to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data.

Open the GiveBlack App
Launch the GiveBlack app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings
Tap the profile icon or the menu in the bottom navigation bar, then select "Settings".

Open Privacy & Security
Inside Settings, tap "Privacy & Security" to access your account security options.

Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the Privacy & Security screen and tap "Delete Account". You will be asked to confirm before anything is deleted.

Confirm Deletion
Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account. Once confirmed, your account and personal data will be removed.
What Happens to Your Data
- Your name, email address, and profile information
- Profile photo and bio
- Saved organizations and preferences
- Any campaigns you created
- Donation transaction records — retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and legal compliance
- Records required by applicable law or to resolve disputes
Can't access the app?
If you no longer have access to the app or need additional assistance with your deletion request, please contact our support team and we will process your request manually.
